As a Founding Member of the Master Custom Builder Council, McNally Homes has been an Estate Custom Home Builder in Disney’s Town of Celebration since it was established in 1994. DOWNING HALL
Characterized as a “true work of art”, and featured in Country Living Magazine, Downing Hall was honored with the prestigious Aurora Award for Best Custom Home in the Southeastern United States (priced over one million dollars). The home also received top honors in the Central Florida Parade of Homes. This residence was inspired by the original Downing Hall, built in the mid-1800s near Boston and originally owned by Gene McNally’s great-grandmother, Mary Downing.
